Who we are
A Road to Success Cosmetology & Barbering Beauty School & Apprenticeship Program is a beauty school for the future. We offer traditional cosmetology, barbering, nails, esthetics, crossover barbering, and teachers' training. However, we also offer our students an afforded opportunity to be paid employees while they learn and earn their craft of cosmetology and the related programs.

Our traditional programs are:
Cosmetology: 1250 hours
Nail technician: 250 hours
Esthetician: 300 hours
Crossover Barbering: 650 hours
Cosmetology Teacher: 500 hours
Esthetician Teachers: 500 hours

We also offer an additional 50 hours of trainings in Business which include understanding salon/suite ownership, finances of business, customer service, business ethics, business formation, understanding commissions, etc.

The Apprenticeship Program:
This 18 month program requires our students to be in the classroom for a period of time, then we work to get them placed in a salon to work under a licensed stylist where they put theory into practice. Upon completion of our program, our students are eligible to take the state board tests for cosmetology and barbering.
